So I noticed TEST is taking pages from GoonSwarm's recruiting manual. Got convoed yesterday by a member of TEST who offered me a position, had me provide an API and register an app, but then told me after reviewing my corp history (which is not excessively long, and is comprised of one long term corp which no longer exists and the remainder high sec carebear/pvp corps) was told that it was dubious and I could pay a 500 million ISK security deposit which would be returned + 10% interest.
Yeaaaaahh no thanks.

Not gonna share the name of the TEST member or her corp in this thread, though. TEST should have to pay new recruits to join them.
I loves the nullsec pew pew as much as anyone and miss it, but I wont ever part with my hard earned iskies to join a nullsec corp/alliance. I was a bit surprised, considering how much hate you Goons get for your recruiting tactics. |

To InternetSpaceship: please refrain from posting in my thread while on toilet, or at least don't share this with our respectable forum community. Not only does this make you sound like a 12 year old (which you most probably are), but it also makes your alliance, corporation and generally goons look very bad for making someone so immature an official scammer recruiter. Additionally, by sitting too long on a toilet, you may develop a nasty issue that will render you incapable of scamming people in EVE for at least a few times a day.
With this said, let's continue our discussion on this matter. Huge thanks go out to everyone who participates! <3
This is why I have pretty much always stayed away from the large alliances, seem to get too big for their pants and feel they can take anyone and everyone for a ride because theyre the "cool kids".
Not saying the system should be changed, as this is a dog-eat-nub world, and I love self regulating communities. |

Of course, this certainly isn't the first thread of its kind since 2003, so it isn't like you'll accomplish too much.

Yep. only 500 mil to join. I played with a TEST recruiter for about 20 minutes or so the other night, then got bored. |
